Orders. Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. If an item is suddenly unavailable, we refund you immediately and tell you first — never silent substitution.
Pricing. All prices include taxes where applicable and are shown in USD. Sale prices apply while the event runs; discount codes cannot be combined unless stated.
Shipping & returns. Dispatch within 48 hours; see Shipping & delivery for rates. Returns follow our 30-day promise in Returns & refunds, which forms part of these terms.
Product care. Follow the care guidance on each product page — natural fibres, oils and roasts reward a little attention and do not love damp cupboards.
Fair use. Shop normally, review honestly, and do not misuse checkout or discount systems. Accounts created for abuse may be closed with pending lawful orders still honoured.
